While there may be legitimate concerns about our fate .. I believe there is still the option of considering .. in hope ..that this could very well be AFRICA’S FINEST MOMENT if we awake and unite in the face of this impending doom . .. We must again understand that we are a very important part of this puzzle ... every life on every continent is .plus we are all now more connected than we’ve ever been.. Every triumph and mistake made by any must cause all others to humble them selves and learn.. quickly !..
God help us as we pray for answers still .. for the science and medicine .. wisdom and courage for our leaders .. healing and restoration ..we pray for all mankind ...but As we open up to hope ,we do the right things we know to do . For now ... we STAY HOME .. STOP THE SPREAD AND FLATTEN THE CURVE.. I believe we will .. so AWAKE AFRICA .. ARISE AND STAND TALL #TOGETHER!

Alysia Montano is an Olympic runner who has been amazingly successful at her sport. She is a seven-time United States champion, a two-time American record holder, and she’s won three Olympic medals. Montano is also known for always running with flowers in her hair, a way she chooses to showcase her femininity. In 2014, she competed in the USATF’s USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships while eight months pregnant. She finished in last, but her goal was not to win. Montano wanted to advocate for women to stay fit during their pregnancies.

Former LA Galaxy star David Beckham unveiled a community football field in Los Angeles on Friday.

World Athletics recently announced that the Mixed 4x100m Relay will be introduced at the 2025 World Relays as well as the 2026 World Ultimate Championships. Is another mixed relay a good idea for track & Field.
