Verdict INCORRECT (Jury Rigged) - Looks to me like, according the evidence presented, Travon was considered a thief who was not getting caught/stopped via due processes of law. So 'they' planned a set up to extra-judicially execute Travon sending message of 'street justice will be applied rather than due process'.
