Asha Devi, mother of Nirbhaya, said that capital punishment to expelled BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar and the four culprits who are convicted of raping and murdering her daughter will send a strong message to the society. "We believe we will get justice because we have no other option. If Kuldeep Sengar (Unnao rape convict) and Nirbhaya's four culprits get capital punishment, it will send a strong message to the society," Nirbhaya's mother told ANI.
