AWAKE & BUILD AFRICA: A ONE VOICE CHOIR-GHANA INITIATIVE

"AWAKE AND BUILD AFRICA" is an annual event organized by the One Voice Choir-Ghana to use music as a tool to help our course of driving greater awareness of the role of the African youth in Nation Building.

As a youth group, we are conscious of the times in which we find ourselves and our responsibility to the nation and the continent which our rich history places on us.
The event brings together people from diverse cultural backgrounds with the single aim of promoting patriotism and empowering Africans to ‘Awake’ and work towards great possibilities.
Through music, drama and insightful lectures, we seek to address issues that will tweak our thinking in a direction of endless possibilities. Taking into consideration unity, patriotism, peace, sanitation, and all other aspects that will deepen our understanding of the greatness we can achieve if we would come together to build Africa.
Awake and Build Africa is proudly endorsed by ADRA Ghana, who have supported the event since its inception.
